LinkGather - WordPress Plugin



This WordPress plugin will allow you to export the URLs for all your blogs posts in Google Spreadsheets format.

Go and get the plugin through the WordPress Plugin Repository by searching for LinkGather, or you can just go to the URL below:

When you have activated the plugin, you can go ahead and use it.

Walkthrough


A new link on the left side of your admin portal will appear called LinkGather:

Hover over this menu option, you will then see a sub-menu with the different sections available to you:

Clicking on the Home title, this will navigate to the plugins developer page which includes instructions, similar to these, on how to use the plugin.

Post Links


Push the Post Links option to navigate you to the page that will show all of your WordPress sites published posts’ URL's. Be aware that for the purposes of this guide, we are using our WordPress test site with just a few URLs in it.

You should now see a list with two columns, one for the title of your posts and another for the links of your posts. However how many posts you have will depend on how long this list will be.

At the bottom of the URL's list, you should see that get more info LinkGather has also calculated how many post URLs you have.

You then also have the option to download the posts in Google Spreadsheets format.

Page Links


The instructions is exactly the same for Page Links, however instead of bringing back published links, it will bring back published pages instead:

JetPack ShortLinks


The option for JetPack Links is again exactly the same instructions as those above, but, wp.me Links are actually built in short links created by the JetPack software. If you have the JetPack plugin installed, you must have the short links option also enabled for our plugin to be able to get those URLs.

If you do not have the JetPack short links module enabled, our plugin will just pull back basic post links instead.

Assuming that you have JetPack short links enabled, clicking on our plugins wp.me Links menu will bring back all those JetPack ShortLinks that it has gathered:
